How long will it take to receive my portrait?

Between 6 and 12 hours in general.
During periods of high demand (Christmas), the delay can be up to a maximum of 24 hours .

How do I send my photos?

Directly from the product page at the time of your order.
No additional registration is required.

Can I make a custom request?

Yes.

How many photos should I send?

Minimum 2 , ideally 4 to 5 for perfect quality.

Can I send a group photo?

For families and couples, send at least 1 photo where everyone is together .

Can I use a very old or blurry photo?

No.
The AI ​​produces a portrait based on what you give it.
A blurry photo = a less precise result.
